Our Charity Coordinators are responsible for proposing, to the Board, 3-4 charities to sponsor during each membership year. The charities must directly serve the needs of local women and/or children. For additional details regarding charity selection, please check out the (blue) Charity Policy feature box on our homepage. Our coordinators work with the 1st VP(s) to schedule a speaker from each charity to address our membership during one of our monthly meetings. Each charity will receive NNCN’s support via donations of physical items, volunteer opportunities, and financial contributions via 50/50 Split the Pot donations at membership meetings. Once a charity has been approved by the Board, there will be numerous opportunities to assist our coordinators.
